Amazon Selling Partner API Compliance: In accordance with Amazon's Data Protection Policy requirements, customer Personally Identifiable Information (PII) obtained through Amazon Selling Partner API integrations (such as buyer names, shipping addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses) is retained for a maximum of 30 days after order delivery, except where longer retention is required by applicable law (such as tax regulations, fraud prevention, or legal disputes).

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• AES-256 encryption for data at rest
• TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA) for account access

• Share, sell, or distribute customer PII obtained through marketplace integrations
• Use customer data for marketing purposes without explicit consent
• Retain customer PII beyond the permitted retention periods
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise marketplace API security
• Use our services to engage in counterfeit, fraudulent, or deceptive practices
• Violate intellectual property rights of marketplaces or third parties

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and may be reported to the relevant marketplace authorities.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top.
